Exciting News! Citris is thrilled to announce our new partnership with gradar, a cloud-based Software as a Service for end-to-end job architecture development.

As an official implementation partner for gradar, we are now even better equipped to help organisations to build and refine their job architecture and to streamline job evaluation processes. Having a functioning job architecture as well as a consistent approach to job levelling will be core building blocks to meeting the pay transparency requirements of the recently published EU Directive (click here for more information).

gradar is a cloud-based Software as a Service designed to streamline job architecture development. The system collects and interconnects all internal and external job-related data under one roof, using job evaluation as the basis for generating AI job descriptions. It also assists in creating internal pay structures, benchmarking salaries with external survey vendors, and performing equal pay analysis.
