Our Story
Citris was founded in 2021 by Oliver Coakley, a Reward leader who has worked across many different industries and continents. We are a boutique firm of compensation and benefits specialists. Each of our experts has previously worked in-house as part of a HR / Reward team and has led successful reward change projects in many different businesses – including Kerry Group, Coca-Cola and Biogen. We’re not “career consultants” – we’ve been in your shoes and this hands-on experience shows up in our commercial approach to rewards, our practical solutions, our straight talking and our willingness to roll up our sleeves to get the job done.
In 2024, we joined the Pay Transparency Alliance, a coalition of forward-thinking European companies committed to addressing the complexities of pay transparency.

Director
Oliver Coakley founded Citris in 2021, having spent over 25 years in senior reward roles across a number of different industries.
Prior to establishing Citris, Oliver was the Group Head of Reward at Kerry Group Plc. Previous experiences include both corporate and consulting reward roles across a variety of multinational companies including Biogen, Mercer, Aon and Irish Life – both in Ireland and the USA.
Oliver is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Reward Consultant
Ana Mosmann has 20 years of experience in HR specialising in rewards, performance management and HR systems.
She held various reward lead roles for Coca-Cola in Ireland with responsibility for EMEA rewards policies and processes. Ana has significant global mobility and general HR experience. She started her career with Coca-Cola in Brazil before moving to Ireland in 1998.
Ana has a bachelor degree in Business Administration from the Pontificia Universidade Catolica (PUC) in Rio de Janeiro and is also a CIPD Chartered Member.

Compensation & Benefits Analyst
Amanda Simoes has 10 years of experience in Rewards/ HR, most recently as a compensation specialist with OCYAN Oil & Gas in Brazil.
At OCYAN, Amanda’s responsibilities included supporting the year-end merit pay cycle, job evaluations, pay competitiveness assessments and managing the profit share programme.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes (UCAM) and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC), both in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. She is currently pursuing a CIPD Diploma in People Management.
